Leif recently got another neat and useful piece of baby gear from his older and wiser friend Evelyn: an infant support seat! He was pretty skeptical the first few times I attempted to put him in it, but now he seems interested enough in this "sitting up" business that he will tolerate it for several minutes on end.
Holding up his whole torso and head is still definitely a challenge, though; he furrows his brow in concentration and seems to have no mental energy left to appreciate the nifty toys on the tray in front of him. Ah well, pleeenty of time for that later!
