Goodbye, Shomantuli!

Our good friends Shuli and Tom have finally made good on their threat to skip town; they are off to a year (or more...) of exciting differentness out in Portland, Maine. Leif will miss them -- especially Shuli, who has been a good buddy of his since his early, cranky days. It goes without saying that I will miss them, too! Fortunately, their departure was preceded by several visits to our house and a fun party out at Shuli's parents' farm in Hastings, so we have some more happy memories (and pictures) to tide us over until they get homesick and come back to visit.
