Leif has had a few mysteriously fussy days recently, and we were wondering if teething could be the culprit. (Nothing visible or palpable yet.) He's certainly enthusiastic about gnawing on our fingers these days -- not to mention his own -- and he loves the seahorse teething ring I got him last weekend. And with all of Leif's vigorous gumming and slurping, Sophie the Giraffe by now must feel either very, very loved or like her life is in peril, I'm not sure which. Maybe a little of both....
