Pulling up

Lo and behold, after weeks of turning to me and Aaron and extending his hands to ask us to pull him up to standing, Leif has started to figure out a few ways to get up to a standing position on his own. He still frequently needs help from us, but once in a while he manages to put his knees, and then his feet, in the right places to be able to push with his legs and pull with his arms and achieve a more or less vertical position in his crib without toppling over. Unfortunately, like all other new motor skills, it seems this one is best practiced in the middle of the night....
